We employ physical, electronic and procedural controls in order to protect client confidentiality. We may use personal information about you to assist us in completing your financial plan, completing transaction or account changes, and to maintain or service your account. At PFA we will always restrict access to personal information to those who require it to provide products or services to you. The only time we will provide any information about you or your financial information is with your express, written consent as required by law.
As a full service investment advisor, when appropriate, PFA works closely with Pacific Insurance Advisors, Inc. (PIA) and Pacific Mortgage Advisors, Inc. (PMA) to help our clients maximize all opportunities available to them to improve their position relative to future and current financial well being. PIA and PMA will recommend suitable insurance and mortgage products to clients based on the information provided by PFA. With your permission, PFA may share information with PIA and PMA for this purpose.
Former Clients: If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will adhere to our privacy policies, which may be amended from time to time.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy: In the event there were to be a material change to our privacy policy regarding how we use your confidential information, we will provide written notice to you. Where applicable, you would be given an opportunity to limit or opt-out of such disclosure arrangements.
